Lodge helps with Slavation Army Bell ringing

On Sat, Dec 8, 2007, the Lodge helped with bell ringing for the Salvation Army

While there were many volunteers, only these photos were taken.
Teresa McGarrity, Julie Copley and Allison Holshouser maned 1 one hour shift.

Here was Jake Boltz who did a fine job of soliciting donations. Jim Stout looks on from the left. The Elks have a long history for working with the Salvation Army having provided much needed funds during WWI.

Salisbury has been ringing the bell since at least the 50's, perhaps earlier too.
